6. Confidentiality
QovaTech commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, including:

- Customer data and contact information
- Financial information and business metrics
- Technical specifications and system details
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after project completion or service termination.
7. Service Level Agreements
Development Projects
- Project timelines are defined in individual agreements
- Regular progress updates and milestone reviews
- Testing and quality assurance included in all projects
Support Services
- Response times: Critical issues within 4 hours, general inquiries within 24 hours
- 99.5% uptime guarantee for hosted solutions
- Regular system monitoring and maintenance
8. Limitation of Liability
QovaTech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

- Third-party service interruptions
9. Termination
By Client
You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Completed work and outstanding invoices remain due.
By QovaTech
We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- Binding arbitration if mediation fails
11. Changes to Terms
QovaTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
